Paper Bag Skirt from Ruffles and Stuff

You guys know how I love an upcycled project. I think this paper bag skirt from Ruffles and Stuff is great. She takes a too-big skirt and uses the excess to make a ruffle and a belt for the top of the skirt. Super cute.


The buttons down the front remind me a bit of a men's shirt, which is another clever fabric alternative.
